What is a Woman (Female)  and What is a Man (Male)
A picture of all 46 chromosomes in their pairs is called a Karyotype.
A normal female Karyotype is written 46, XX,
and a normal male Karyotype is written 46, XY.
 
In humans, each cell normally contains 23 pairs of chromosomes, for a total of 46.
Twenty-two of these pairs, called Autosomes, they look the same in both males and females.
The 23rd pair, the sex chromosomes, differs between males and females.
Females have two X chromosomes,
while males have one X and one Y chromosome.
 
Woman
Have wider hip structure, functional breasts
different genitalia, Vagina, Uterus, Ovaries, menstrual Cycles.
Woman produce Eggs that get fertilized from male sperm,
Men do not!
 
Men
Have different Genitals Penis, Testicle,  Scrotum, Sperm, Prostate
Their body normally have more ridged bone mass, Stronger larger muscle mass.
Male produce Sperm, required for a women egg fertilization, to create human life.
Woman do not!
